Neon-Cipher: A Cyberpunk Mind-Reading Challenge

Imagine a game where the computer reads your mind and guesses your number with perfect accuracy—all within just a few steps!

Here’s how it works:

• You think of a number between 1 and N (default: 1 to 100).
• The computer will show you a series of number tables and ask:
  "Is your number in this list?"
• You simply check the table [scroll down and] press "Yes" or "No" for each table.
• After just a few steps (only 7 steps for 1-100), the computer magically reveals the exact number you were thinking of!
